After 20+ years in senior corporate roles across multinationals, Prabha came back to India and built a recruitment firm. She expected to help people find jobs. Instead, she found the real problem: most people had never been helped to understand their own intelligence. They weren’t failing to find jobs – they were in the wrong jobs because they’d made career decisions without ever understanding who they were.
